Like protein and fibre, healthy fats will also keep you feeling full for longer and Dr Raj said it is also an important group to include in your diet. The expert added a hot drink that slimmers can also consume to boost their metabolism. He said: “Drinking green tea can help, thanks to its metabolism-boosting catechins.”Nuts are a good source of protein and fibre PAAs well as eating a healthy diet, regular exercise is a key part of a healthy lifestyle and Dr Raj shares the best workouts to burn fat.
