Iconic downtown Dallas building will transform offices into residences

An iconic downtown high-rise is planning to transform a few of its workplace house into residences: Santander Tower, the building at 1601 Elm St. that was beforehand referred to as Thanksgiving Tower, goes to be reworked into residences.
